Neptune Minerals, Inc., is a Nevada corporation founded on January 5th, 2011 for the purpose of engaging in the business of Seafloor Massive Sulfide (SMS) minerals exploration and extraction.
To date the Company has:
1. Acquired control of Neptune Minerals, Plc., a UK domiciled company with 3,447 Km² of licensed tenements in New Zealand and Japan, and has an additional 84,000 Km² of license applications in process;
2. Acquired control of Dorado Ocean Resource Limited, a Hong Kong company which controlled 80,494 Km² of licensed tenements and has applications for an additional 83,484 Km² of tenement applications in process; and,
3. Been pursuing exploration programs to identify high-grade polymetallic SMS deposits.
